Gins
Evergreen
Evergreen Gin is distilled from 100% NYS grain. Our blend consists of 2-row barley, wheat, and rye. We work directly with local farmers and maltsters to create a unique NY product. To create Evergreen, we take Grain Canyon Vodka and infuse it with the following botanicals; Juniper, coriander, lemon zest, lime zest, orange zest, grapefruit zest, orris root, and cardamom. After several days extracting the botanical oils, we distill it one final time through our column still. The result is a full-flavored pine and citrus-forward gin with a dry finish

• Made in Genever style (pronounced Yenever)
• Genever has a silkier and "thicker" mouthfeel compared to an astringent "London Dry"
• Starts with a sweet orange tone from the coriander and orange peel
• Has floral and herbal tones from the Angelica and orris root
• Finishes with tone of citrus from the cardamom, lemon, grapefruit, and kefir lime zest
• Rye gives a silky mouthfeel

Wild
Wild Gin is distilled from 100% NYS grain. Our blend consists of 2-row barley, wheat, and rye. We work directly with local farmers and maltsters to create a unique NY product. Our goal was to create a floral gin that was reminiscent of walking in a spring meadow
To create Wild, we take Grain Canyon Vodka and infuse it with 16 botanicals, including lemon, ginger, cubeb pepper, and chamomile. After several days extracting the botanical oils, we distill it one final time through our column still. The result is a full-flavored sweet, floral gin with hints of rose, almond, chamomile, and peppercorn

Rum
Inland Sea
Inland Sea is distilled from cane sugar and molasses from Louisiana. After a short fermentation with our house yeast, we distill it once through a pot-still, and twice through a column still for a light body, and spicy aroma. Perfect for mojitos, mai tais, or daiquiris

Fathoms Below Spiced
Distilled from cane sugar and high proportion of molasses from Louisianna for body and taste. After a short fermentation with our house yeast, we distill it once through a pot-still, and twice through a column still. The second run is where the 8 spice and botanical blendid vapor infused, yielding a spirit with exceptional softness, texture and the flavor impact of a true spiced rum. Aged on charred American White Oak

Distilled from 49.5% corn, 478.5% rye and 4% malted barley. It gets it’s sweet nose from the corn and it’s spice bite from the rye. Barrel Factory Distillery’s first whiskey

Most hard seltzers are legally considered beer. In fact, they are brewed rather than distilled, into minimally flavored “beer” with added flavors and/or sweeteners
By contrast the alcohol in a Bubbly Boozle beverage is distilled, which yields a cleaner flavor, finished with none of the compounds created during fermentation
Caloric content at 5% alcohol is between 98 and 114 calories for a 12 ounce serving
